"What an experience! First time in a hot air balloon. I knew going into it that there was a chance that weather could cause the flight to be canceled. This made total sense because on the original day that I was supposed to take off, there was lightening all around! They canceled obviously, but I was patient and so glad I was! Third time was the charm and it couldn't have been a more perfect day! Me and my daughter had so much fun! I had so much fun I'm likely to do this again in the future. Just be patient if you decide to book a flight and be prepared for a cancelation. Trust the pilots! They are very experienced and if they cancel, it's for good reason. They want you to have a good time and if you're patient and wait for that day they say it's a go, you're going to have a great experience! Thanks Austin Aeronauts! "The staff was wonderful. The pilots David and Rob were kind and fun. I loved the ceremony. If you book, you may need to be patient and wait months until you can ride as they take safety very seriously and only fly when weather is optimal. It is worth the wait."
