"AMAZING experience. I am an event planner at my company, Populus Group, and we hosted an event in Santa Fe last week. We booked Austin Aeronauts to come out and do a hot air balloon ride and everything was perfect. Working with David was probably the easiest thing in my life. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect and needed to communicate with my team. All of my attendees have raved about how amazing the day was and it's all because of Austin Aeronauts. "Great experience! Customer service was also phenomenal. David is able to work with you to make this flight an experience worth remembering. I used this balloon flight as a proposal to my girlfriend and it went perfectly! One thing to remember about hot air balloon is you should expect the weather to disappoint you more often than not. I was canceled on by a different company 3 times in Dallas before scheduling this trip in Austin. But the flight makes all those instances worth it! Be flexible with your schedule and enjoy!"
